: The room was lovely and had a good sized private terrace. The bathroom was spacious. But the main plus here is the attitude of the team. Wonderful. One night the cook surprised me with sliced duck for dinner, which was not on the menu but he went out of his way to cook something he knew I liked and his beaming smile when he saw my delight was priceless. Amazing. Both my husband and II really like these people. This was our second time here and it was like coming back to an old friend. The best kind - who just wants you to be happy. Running a business like this is hard work but we saw only smiles and graciousness here. Oh and did I say the views are incomparable?? The setting is absolutely superb. We congratulate ourselves on finding Il Balcone di Monferrato - it is a real gem. Can't rate them highly enough.

: The problem is that you don't find nothing in your room like kettle to make some coffee after the cold weather in monferrato...bfast was not included in the price,you have to pay 7 for bfast,and when I asked for breakfast Monday morning they told us that they don't make...Monday was our last day and wake up without bfast before you leave to the airport is a shame.. but dinner was excellent,cause when we arrived I booked dinner for that day
