Traveller Type: Family with Young Children
  : Very nice country-side location on a hill, nearby Tivoli. Lots of green surroundings, spacious parking place, wonderful swimming pool. Rooms are comfortable with excellent beds, daily cleaning (big thank you for that!) and very nice bathrooms, AC working properly, so it was really a pleasant place to stay with family. Also the lunch place located at the pool is excellent solution, as you have have a snack without having to move away from the pool, which is very clean and big enough - no need to "book" sunbeds. Lots of olive trees around + horses walking freely made this place a very nice place to stay. I would strongly recommend it to families with children.
  : Swimming pool opening hours from 10.00 to 19.00 seems to be a bit too short, as sometimes it would be lovely to be able ti sit by the pool in sunset... one day the pool was closet already at 17.00 due to "bad weather", while we still wanted to rush into the water after a whole-day trip to Monte Cassino - I was really upset that day. The location is a bit remote location, so you definitely need a car in order to get to/from + the actual distance from Rome centre is in fact 1 hour. It was not a negative surprise for us, as we decided for this place having in mind this distance, but one should take that into consideration. Last thing is the breakfast - it is not a negative from my side, as I realise Italian breakfast are not important and rather sweet, but we definitely missed any fruit or vegetables in the morning; it would be great to include it for future trips there! But again, these were really minor issues, rather typical for Italy in general, so overal rating is definitely positive and worth recommending :)

  : It has beautiful views and the facilities are great. Farm animals here and there. Very relaxing.
  : The roads up to the property are not kept very well, quite a lot of pot holes. They could do better with a bit more signage in the grounds.

  : Having chosen a well reviewedagroturismo we were excited to see what our accommodation had to offer. On arrival we immediately could tell the reviews did not portray the whole picture. Cabinets full of wooden Pinocchios and dolls with glass eyes made it a bit spooky. We clearly were a hindrance to the reception team and when it came to having a beer we were made to feel we were causing an inconvenience. The room was clean and spacious- the positive- tea and coffee facility in the room but no coffee provided. There was no soundproofing- we could hear a telephone conversation in the room next door that went on for 40 minutes after midnight. The restaurant was laid up for potentially 70 covers - there were a total of 12 diners. The grilled lamb cutlets were dry, tasteless and appeared boiled. The reviews had mentioned friendly staff- not one member of the team engaged with us at all, no one smiled and we were clearly an inconvenience.

  : I liked the area itself - simply breath taking. The kids playground was good while it was there. The staff in the restaurant was very friendly, and although they did not have English menus, they really did their best.
  : The hotel decided to hold some kind of unannounced corporate party in the main area, which was right next to my room. I had a very unpleasant and noisy experience that night until around 23:00 PM. Needless to say, my kids suffered the most. The morning after, they took apart some of the facilities in the playground; The playground was one of the main reasons we chose the hotel and yet again they did not announce anything and during their work with heavy machinery my kids could not really play with the facilities that were left. I was told by the staff they can't announce everything in advance "otherwise none would come". While the scenery was wonderful, the room was extremely small for 4 people and I do not recommend staying there with more than 2 people. The worst thing is that when I came over to the reception to complain about the noise/playground issues I experienced, the receptionist blamed me and offended my country of origin! I moved to a different hotel that day, although I had an extra night remaining.
