: The place and the local staff (the Family) - really help full and did care about the stay. They did often ask about the status and if anything could be improved.
: The roads in Italy - but I assume that this can not be changed by the place. The insects are relatively disturbing the evenings outside in Italy.

: Il Borgo Di San Michele is in beautiful surroundings, a lovely quaint typical pale yellow Italian house up in the mountains. The pool is clean and peaceful, the apartment is also clean, simple and if we were staying longer (I wish) has everything you could need. To top it all off the lovely Italian girl, Virginia is so helpful and kind. I would recommend. (Oooh! the Olive oil is delicious!)
: We didnt have a car! although a taxi from Terni station wasnt complicated or too far away, I think to fully appreciate the area and different places to visit around, you would need a hire car. I liked everything about the property.
