  : Half board food is very good. Nice selection at both breakfast and dinner. Comfortable and clean accommodations. Good location for many ski areas in the region. Ample parking.
  : There was some confusion amongst our group as to exactly how many people could sleep in a room. There was a style of room great for larger (more than 2 children) families; however, the reservation seemed in indicate that the room could only sleep 4 people maximum. And the property was slow to respond to questions about the room style until after the cancellation date.

  : Overall the hotel facilities/room are clean and relatively new. Lovely breakfast and dinner. Staff is friendly.
  : There is an ongoing construction right next to the hotel which is right next to our room. The work starts at around 06:30 am which creates noises waking us up early in the morning. We think it would have been decent if the hotel had informed us prior to our arrival so that we had a choice to stay or change.

  : The half board dinner was delicious with a few entree choices each night. The view from our balcony was lovely. The shower was roomy and clean.
  : When I made the initial booking, I had searched for 4 people so I assumed the reservation and price were for 4 people. Only after realizing that the booking confirmation said 2 people, I sent emails directly through the hotels website and through booking.com but I did not receive a response until past the cancellation deadline. After the cancellation deadline, they informed me that the cost would be 50% more because if the two additional people.

  : The food was incredible! We got half-board and it was so lovely to fuel beforehand, and then return from a full day of skiing to have a delicious four course meal waiting! Breakfast - an assortment of cheeses/meats/fruits, yogurt, bread, butter/hams, juices, and coffee/tea- and they will make eggs to order as well. Dinner soup/salad, choice of 2nd/3rd course (meat, fish or vegetarian options), and then dessert. The staff was accommodating and professional - mealtimes were a definite highlight!The rooms were not large (we had a family room with a queen bed and a pullout sofa bed) but very clean and with comfortable beds. We also had a small balcony with beautiful views of the mountains. Our group enjoyed socializing in the small basement lounge before dinner - in the summer, there's a large backyard and pool where kids could also play (but it was obviously minimally used when we were there in January).We were on a ski vacation - this was a good base to easily get to prime Dolomiti ski resorts: 30 minutes to Kronplatz, 55 minutes to Val Gardena, about an hour to Corvara and access to the Sellaronda...ski storage in the basement was fabulous (with lots of boot dryers).
  : We booked our room via booking.com, for a family room with half-board for four people (2 adults/2 kids). When we got our confirmation, it only listed two people. We emailed the property via booking to confirm that our booking at the agreed price was for four people, and didn't get a response. This was still months out, and we forgot to follow up (our mistake). We then emailed a few days before our arrival (too late to cancel) and got a response saying they had amended our booking to be four people (with a price 300 more than the original booked price). Having stayed there, and had a lovely vacation with delicious food, I think it was worth what we paid, but it wasn't a great first impression, and booking.com (or the property, not sure who was responsible) should make adjustments in how bookings are made so you don't have disgruntled guests.

  : The room was modern in a rustic style with a good sized modern bathroom. Staff were great - both friendly and helpful. Wifi was good. Food, both breakfast and dinner, was great. I was very happy with my stay and would return.
  : Overall everything was great but there could have been a table in the room.

  : The hotel was comfortable, clean and welcoming. It was in a beautiful locations with numerous walks from the doorstep. The food was excellent and plentiful.

  : i forgot my hair cutter in the bathroom. i tried a lot of times to speak with the owner but it wasn t posible to do this. i asked him once to look for my item and it was the last tine i could even hear him on the phone

  : 1) The reception we received was excellent. We got shown where to go and what to visit during our stay2) The complimentery sud Tyrol transport card is wonderful, we used it to visit places that we wouldn't have done with the car. 3) The room is clean , nice decor of the typical moutain home and beautiful with a great view especially during sunset5) The food was tasty and the menu was written in the stayer language. Compliment to the chef
  : 1) We have booked in for the breakfast and dinner inclusive, the portion of the dinner can be a little bit bigger. My husband still hungry after the meal and he is a size S , weight 50kgs. 2) The service received in the restaurant varies during our 7 days stay, some day is good and some day are bare minimal , all depend on the mood of the day.
