The employee Roberto welcomed us and put alcohol in my 7 year old son's hand without asking me first if he could. As soon as we entered the room, the truth came out: The rug next to the bed had a bad smell, I think dogs sleep there, disgusting There is no air conditioning.   : The location was 5 mins ride from the city centre
  : ***AC and heating not included in the price - and it cost 20 eur per day *** Ive never seen this anywhere. The room was clean and good for the price. The owner was very unkind and rude from the beginning of our stay. We didnt feel welcomed.

  : The owner is very agressive. In the case of dispute he suddenly shout on me and later start fighting. It is ultimately inappropriate behavior towards the customer. He start to punching me and kicking to stomach. When I defend myself he went for button in his car and used it on me. Later I called a police because of the incident. I will intervene in Booking to remove his accommodations from booking. If you do not come on his time, he charge you additional 45, which is more than apartment itself. Check every HIDDEN detail he put in condition. Does he earn DIRTY money or is going about Booking bug I do not know yet. In one word, GO AWAY in in from that apartment.
