  : Stunning ocean bay views from the house. Spacious apartment, gated on big lot. There were a few animals, I guess they need to have them to keep the Agriturismo status. Very scenic location. Very convenient nestled in between two towns with access to shops, a sandy beach, the busy Bagno delle Donne Talamone beach and a rocky private beach (15 min drive on dirt road) We would definitely come back.
  : The floors were dusty, kitchen a little outdated but ok. The local camping does the admin, friendly but not outstanding service. No AC.

  : The apartment is located in the first floor of the old building, so the climate in the apartment in hot summer was exellent. Staying in the apartment allowed pleasant privacy.
  : In the description of the apartment was written that the apartment is in the ground floor, has an electric kettle and cleaning products, which was not true, but it was no problem for us. We were not satisfied with water supply in the apartment - two days of seven had flowed partly no water - we could not wash, cook, bath etc. The owner tried to solve it but it took time. We had to pay not only the price that was in our booking reservation but also the local tax, which was not big but only surprising.
