: Property owned by the sweetest couple. So lovely and kind. The owner even helped with with a package- provided a box and walked me to the postal office. Sweet dog. Provides a nice breakfast. Great location. Short walk to center of sulmona.
: Property is cash only. Bathrooms are not private - but I was the only person on my floor so it was fine.

: very nice breakfast with e.g. different fruits, except standard items for breakfast (and quite many for italian standards) every day some additional variations hosts were quite exerted to help and give sightseeing hints etc - unfortunately they do not speak much English but communication was sufficiently in our case

: Our hosts were incredibly charming and personable. Breakfast was amazing - lots of homemade goodies, great coffee, huge variety, and some special touches of homemade Italian regional delicacies. It was an easy walk into the historic center of town, and our hosts helped make a restaurant reservation for us. It was great to have not only the bedroom but the bathroom and living room space (had a couch, the dining room table and a TV) available for our personal use.
: We didn't know the room was in the basement. Space was nice, clean, didn't smell musty, lots of windows, but we were a little surprised. Ceilings might be low for someone 6 foot or taller.

: -bed very hard and uncomfortable.-basement with low ceilings, small bathroom, steps.-heat was inadequate-dog barking in house and yard-breakfast frugal-high price for location and amenities

: Walking distance to centro storico. Lovely couple that owns the B&B. Fabulous breakfast every morning. Hated to leave and would definitely return
: Internet a bit spotty at times on the third floor.
