: Could hear other guests, particularly from room above. One rose early and left at around 5.30am on some days.Some equipment needing repair or replacement - eg kettle and hob ignition switch. Although listing does mention it's cash only Booking.com payment options do show credit card option. Note that it is cash only or bank transfer. No leaflets or instructions in the room.

: Its ideally located to visit areas within Umbria. Assisi, Foligno, Spoleto and Perugia are all close by. The property is very well maintained and its Owners are always there to help their guests.

: Great hosts who were very welcoming, helping us find the place and providing us with excellent restaurant recommendations and going out of their way to make reservations for us. Accommodation was excellent and clean. Our unit had an outdoor patio and sitting area which was very enjoyable.
: The only complaint was that there was a room with two twins beds (which I knew in advance) but they were quite small and very uncomfortable. If you are taller than 5"4 then I would not recommend this room. This room would likely work well for children. It would have been preferable to have another double bed in the space.
