  : The location was okay.
  : Everything at this hotel is an extra charge - we had to pay 20 because our arrival time was between 12-3 and reception is closed. They also charge 5 a day for an extra card which Ive never heard of at a hotel in my life. It was also 15 if you wanted your sheets changed more than once every 3 days. The room itself was poor - the shower water pressure was terrible and the water was cold. The bathroom wasnt the cleanest. The room didnt even have a bathroom door. None of the usb sockets worked. Now onto the staff. My parents were staying at a different hotel on the other side of Sorrento and sat on the terrace with us. My mum needed the toilet so we went to take her to our room as there is no toilet in the reception. As she walked up with us the dark haired woman at reception asked her where she was going. She said she needed to use the bathroom and was told she wasnt allowed in our room. We said it was ridiculous she couldnt pop up to use the bathroom and she then proceeded to have a conversation with another taller woman who was very unpleasant and told my mum she would be timing 2 minutes. When my partner and I came back downstairs they said they wanted to speak to us and proceeded to give us a row. I expressed dissatisfaction with their customer service and she told me it was in their rules. We consulted the rules in our room and this was not listed. For the rest of the trip she was rude and didnt bother to ask how our stay was - a common courtesy of any hotel.I would recommend avoiding this hotel at all costs. We went to my parents hotel the day we departed and they were much nicer and more accommodating. This hotel will not do well if they continue to behave in this manner towards guests.

  : Great location, clean and the staff was very nice.
  : On their biggest room, the water pressure at the shower was almost none existent. Requires immediate attention. We complained but they said there was nothing to do about it. When I say low pressure I mean it. It would probably take 30 seconds to fill a coffee cup with the water set to maximum. The other issue was they have no blanket / duvet on the bed. Just a plain sheet. We were freezing at night
