  : Lovely room with lots of light, a cute little balcony and nice space. 2 minute walk from Sorrento train station was handy for when we left as well. Comfy bed and only a short walk to the main touristy areas of Sorrento and more importantly a very short walk to our favourite restaurant in the area.
  : Water pressure was a little low - otherwise everything fantastic.

  : the location was great, very close to the centre of Sorrento, the building is undergoing renovation but the lift worked so access with large suitcases was fine. the room was decorated nicely and was cleaned daily. great little balcony to sit back and watch the sunset with a drink in hand before heading out for dinner.
  : Not much to add here, Breakfast was provided by the small cafe adjacent to the building, this is one area that could be improved as they had only a minor selection of options for breakfast compared to other locations we stayed at on our trip of Italy

  : Prepaid Breakfast was a waste of money. It was not satisfying and a real disappointment. Le Palme Sorrento gave us breakfast vouchers for a pastry restaurant located close to property. Only one beverage was offered and only one roll, croissant or ham/cheese sandwich. This was not filling or enough protein. The staff were not friendly and were unaccommodating. It did not open until 7:45 am making it hard to make early tours or take early transportation. On the day before leaving we used 2 vouchers and had 2 remaining vouchers for the following morning. We asked to use our last 2 remaining vouchers for a second roll and drink as on the following day our train left before they opened. The unaccommodating food staff refused let us use the 2 vouchers which were already paid for. There is another restaurant just outside the hotel door. It opened much earlier. We did not eat there but we saw many who did.
