  : This is my first time making a negative review on Bookings.com.I stay at many hotels/B&Bs annually due to my work. For the most part the ratings are fairly accurate. Writing a review takes effort and Ive never been compelled to do so, until now.I booked this B&B based on the 9.3(wonderful review rating), even though the per night cost was approaching 5 star hotel rates. I was expecting a wonderful experience. This was not the case. This B&B is ridiculously overpriced.At check in Bruno(the manger) was condescending and somewhat belligerent.He claimed I didnt respond to his Whats App message (which I did)and that our itinerary for seeing the sights around Sorrento was all wrong. He made my wife very uncomfortable, having her second guessing all the planning she had done for this part of our trip.The room was small, I mean extremely small and very basic. It felt like a mini room you would see at an international airport in Asia. There was one plastic chair, an open clothes rack and a small desk. The pictures on the website were very misleading.For a room this expensive, one would expect some basic items such as a bottle opener, shampoo thats not in little tear packets (impossible to open with wet hands in the shower). The towels felt like shop/high school gym towels, the sheets were not soft, more like canvas, and the pillows were bricks. One positive note, the A/C was great! Just be aware, it only works when the special power key is placed in the wall. You must take all the keys(keys are all on one key ring, welded closed)with you to reenter the building. So if you are traveling with your family/spouse and you want to make a quick run to the store to buy perhaps a bottle opener, you will have to leave your family/spouse in the dark or take them with you.

  : Close to train station and town square
  : We stayed at the Le muse suites for 5 nights in late September 2023. Our stay was ok. However the cost of this suite in comparison to the luxury hotels in Sorrento is not appropriate. Luxury hotels on the water are cheaper. This was more of a budget style b&b and the price was really not justifiable. Location was close to everything, however not in the prettiest of areas. I understand the host is making an effort, but at times we felt uncomfortable. We do not wish to offend the host, however we were disappointed overall with this accommodation.

  : The location is central and the room well appointed. It was very safe and spotless. The bathroom was also very clean and updated. The train station is right across the street. Quiet in the room

  : The location is superb - very close to the town centre, train station and bus stations. Bruno went above and beyond to cater to our food requirements for breakfast and organised a driver and car for us to explore around. It was a very accommodating stay and we really enjoyed it.

  : I liked how it looked online and I like how the reviews sounded. After my experience though, I start to doubt if those reviews are legit. The thought of this place is nicer than what it actually is.
  : Located in an apartment building with dumpsters across from the main door. Gutted apartment made into a "B&B". You can hear everything. Make sure to inspect your pillows to make sure the sheets were changed. If you don't like cigarette smoke, stay away, the owner smokes right inside. Make sure you don't share any concerns with the owner of the B&B. He doesn't take well to justified feedback and there is a chance he may flip out and tell you to find somewhere else to go. It happened to me, a single woman traveling alone. As I was packing my stuff he was texting me that we should work it out and I can now stay. Very, very uncomfortable situation and not something I would recommend for similar travelers. Luckily I was able to book a last minute room at The Hotel Conca Park down the road which was a true luxury hotel and for cheaper. Things always work out the way they are supposed to.
