  : Great central location and in walking distance to all the action . The property was clean and more spacious then we assumed from the pictures . The kids used the sofa bed which was nicely set up with the window to a beautiful lemon garden - so Sorrento . Grazia was our host / greeter and she was great , helpful and friendly and recommended prob the best meal in our entire Europe trip . Communication was spot on

  : Great location within easy walking distance of everything in Sorrento.
  : The bed is old and incredibly hard and uncomfortable. The heat/AC units generated lots of noise, but very little air flow. The bathroom is infested with lots of ants every afternoon. No cleaning rags or paper towels in kitchen. Every time we used more than a few electrical appliances, the main power breaker tripped - it happened six times. The bottom line is that its a rental unit with little or no money being spent on maintenance or guest comfort. Definitely would not recommend.

  : Grazia was very helpful and friendly with advice and letting us in. Very centrally located and quiet inside the apartment. The apartment was very clean. Convenient shop across the road and near to the sea.
  : For 4 people it is awkward as there is no privacy in the central room - from the main bedroom you have to cross the central room to go to the toilet or kitchen. Also no view out really.

  : The location was fantastic and Grazia that greeted us when we got there was incredible. She knew the island like the back of her hand, full of recommendations and places to go, was able to contact her out of hours if we needed, she went above and beyond
  : The bed was terrible, the fold out couch was not comfortable, and the fabric was not clean. The toilet had no seat, we had to sit directly on the bowl.

  : I have to complaint this flat owner, below is the major 4 items. 1) Power Supply is horrible, 3 times power supply short circuit and all power supply stopped on the first day of check-in. I called the management staff (Enrico) but didnt reply until a few hours but short circuit continuing. 2) the bed room air conditioner is not worked properly, no cold wind come out only blowing wind. Enrico promised me will repair it next day but until we check out nobody come to repair. 3) Toilet ventilation fan has something wrong; noise come out when tuned on it.4) Boiler for shower, the capacity of boiler is only enough to supply hot water for one person, the next one need to wait for two hours until the water boiling. Anyway, I feel unsatisfactory for this booking. I have contacted your customer service during the day of power supply problems and requested to compensation for the rent! Please follow up and give me reply ASAP. thank you.
