  : The facilities and location and the nearby fish Resturant its name was la foresta, the swimming pool and entertaiment tools like table tennis and baby foot. in general the hotel was clean and in a quite area.
  : all things requested ( extra pillows, missing table at the balcony ,tea kettle ) although we paid for upgrade of the room, the answer was "we will check and come back to you" but at the end after we kept asking several times ,the answer was "apologize nothing is available ,the area of the hotel has experienced sever storm and we are trying to remedy the situation . the wifi was terrible in our room and when we complained the answers was no other guest has complained.

  : Location: very close to Sirmeone centre, bus stop only 750m away. Nice restaurants within walking distance. Beach just a few steps down the road. Easy access to E70. The nice big pool and entertainment area at the pool with table tennis and fussball tables. Bar is accessible 24/7. Really friendly staff, all of them.
  : We expected more from the breakfast based on the reviews but nothing bad about. It was standard.

  : Smells cigars or cigarettes which we dont like. Probably it comes from AC filter.

  : Stylish modern property, well appointed and clean throughout. Welcoming staff and efficient arrival and departure procedures. Beautiful pool areas and lovely balcony. Staff very kind and not desperate to get ride of you on departure day. A refreshing change.
  : A few minor home comforts missing. Minibar empty (we were a very late booking however) kettle, bottle opener missing. Parking was full so had to park roadside, this was however also free and seemed a safe area.

  : The cleaning lady as well as the staff working at the breakfast buffet, were really nice and went out of their ways to help. Breakfast buffet was overall nice, with both sweet and salty dishes. Room was quite spacious.
  : The staff at the reception, seemed to be always busy doing something different and did not care to welcome customer entering or exiting the Hotel. They also did not seem to care about supporting or helping customers, since even when we reported issues such as a constant loud noise at night, water not draining from the sink, inexplicably loud noises coming from pipings, and other issues, they dismissed all that we said, stating this was the first time they heard of such issues, although when we looked later we found several clients complaining about such issues. We were also loudly dismissed with a "we have other things to do now", which is unacceptable.The breakfast was fine, however the product used were not as one would expect high quality local products, but cheaply sourced knockoffs: the orange juice was not freshly squeezed juice but a boxed product consisting of mainly water and sugar. Similarly, yogurts were not fresh and from a cheap brand, and cornetti, although heated up, were probably frozen industrial products.Room was not only noisy at night because of a noise seemingly coming from a generator or an air circulation system (main building on the 2nd floor near the kitchen) but also, since the curtains were not long enough and from the center of them, light from a flood light pointed directly at the room constantly lit the room. In short, we could not sleep well at all, and that was not caused by the not so comfortable beds available.Wi-Fi was unstable and of poor quality: completely inadequate for such a structure! The excuse when we mention if they could pease check and maybe reset the router, was that with so many rooms you cannot expect a good connection?!?The underground parking was currently closed because we were told it was used as a storage construction work, and free parking spaces in front of the hotel were not enough for all guests. The alternative was parking outside.The swimming-pool was open but it had bird droppings in it.
