  : The pool area is very good. Not a big deal with the swimming caps (especially not in these face mask times). The area is very clean and well maintained. The property is surrounded by olive and lemon trees . Its generally very well organized and Vittorialuisa is attentive. Our apartment was very spacious too.
  : The autostrada is close to. You can hear it. But given the the overall value for money this place offers, its not a dealbreaker.

  : Everything was wonderful! A really great clean big pool with a perfect water temperature, the house was big, cosy, super clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen had all the stuff we needed. The host was totally friendly and helpful and always there to help or advise. We had an absolutely lovely time!

  : Location was very close to the autostrada and also close to Siracusa. The property ground were lovely with easy parking facilities. The host, Andrea was very welcoming and helpful! Recommended accommodation.

  : Very well located. Quiet and close to everything. We were very well received by Vittoria. Everyone is very kind and attentive. The pool, the gardens and the setting are fantastic. We had taken the Zenith apartment which allowed us to have lunch in the garden. A little paradise.

  : Please avoid this place or/and cancel your booking. The response below of the host confirms our statement. This place can have everything for a great stay. Unfortunately the ac was not working in a stable way, it was on and off. You also can only turn the ac on when you are in the house. So when you are out for the day, you will find a 45 degrees hot house that needs hours to cool down with the ac. But then the ac was not werking properly and stable. No repairs were done, just monitoring. We got a new appartment, ok great! But then that ac stopped working again as well. The host acknowledged it was old. During our move from one to the new appartment things went wrong again. The host replied once to the problem in the evening on app and then ignored us! We called and called, the lady was online but Did not pick up. That was very awful. We could not stay with a child in a heatwave (45 celsius in the house) and the host did not help anymore so we had no choice but to leave and pay for a new hotel. We asked for a refund but they refuse. We hope Booking can help us! Booking sent is a refund-actie, the host refused.
  : Beautiful place, awful service. The response below confirms this. Old unstable ac system, of course unbearable in a heatwave. Host unfortunately just monitored the system. We got a new appartment after a while and we thought that would solve everything. Unfortunately the system was there as well and did not work properly as well. Host then decided to ignore us when we had massive problems late in the evening. We were flabbergasted you leave a family with a child in 45 degrees to sleep in. We were in tears. They refused a refund and we had no choice but to leave. The house was 45 degrees, we cant safely stay there with a child. Sant Agostino looks like heaven but for us it turned into hell. It could have easily been solved, but they decide to blame us.
