: First of all, you are feelling being back to your family. All staff members are very kind, smiling, laughting and helpful at any time. Then, location ( on hill top) is wonderful, making amazing surrounding views. Rooms are properly fitting with Tuscany style. Pool area is amazing as well as dining places.I strongly recommend going there to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing moment.Finally, home made dinner (lovely cooked by the Mama) must be experiencing. Many thanks to all of you for your open mind spirit.
: 2 topics have been on negative side along our stay.Firstly, the mattress is not the best one, when you are moving along the night, your partner is impacted. Then, this is not under hotel control, when you are on the pool you are hearing vehicles sound from the highway.

: we have booked a larger suite with specific features but we were given a standard room instead. When we notified the stuff instead of making it right they offer a to move us in a slightly better (view) room for an additional $ 65/night. No attempt to correct their mistakes, I do not recommend this place.

: Location is perfect! Close to so many nice places to visit. The Villa is so beautiful and nice. The suggestions from Ellen and Gianlucca where great!!
: Maybe some nicer fruits for breakfast. Time to replace the rackets for the ping pong table

: The pictures on booking.com are quite misleading, looking like the room comes with a private living room and pool. However we found the rooms to be small and old, needing renovation. The shared spaces however are lovely, well kept, and designed with taste. The pool area is also nice. The staff was very welcoming, kind and polite.
: Rooms are very small and old. The bathroom chain makes an awful sound and takes 5 min to flush. If the rooms were renovated it would be a lot more cosy as the shared living rooms are nice. Also not much light coming in the room. It ended up being an expensive stay for the quality of the rooms
