: The view to the pool :)))
: First of all I wanna let everybody know that you will be cheated by the owner at the end of your staying. So better get your own towels from home and get out all of theirs as they will force you to pay laundry for them. My husband, I and 2 kids we paid 60 euros for nothing. Is embaracing as a residence to force their guests to do their towels laundry which are included in the booking. Maybe soon they will charge also for the toilet paper (which for 4 people was very little). Their explanation was: "this way we need to recover the comision that we pay to booking.com", but why from our pockets? Tourism tax is understandable and we pay it, but being forced to pay for the towels and sheets laundry that belongs to the residence I never heard about it. On top of it the lady was very rude saying that in my country she is paying more per person for laundry. As I already told her nowhere in my country she will pay for towels (toilet paper) as laundry unless if are personal items taken care of. As you can see in pictures all their rooms has included towels so automatically the laundry service for them should be their concern. Second thing: the pool very dirty. Since our room was facing the pool, we could see how the cleaning of it was not done. The guy in charge with it was just wiping little bit the water around and that was it. In the corner of jacuzzi was laying hair (probably still is today) and some elasting bands for days without being picked. Plus one of the kids pipi in it but do you think water was changed? No! Yellow till the end...And if is saying the pool is opening at 8 am don't wake up till 10.30 am as is closed. And around 1pm they remember to open the outside part. Third: no dishwasher in the kitchen. The only "sponge" available was like 2cm but only the scraping part. Also our "apartmant" rooms were separated by a very small tv counter, so forget about any privacy....

: + the owner was super nice and friendly + sauna, huge apartment + complete kitchen with stoves and pans+everything was super clean + nice and cozy building + free indoor parking
: - nobody at the reception - too many rules and schedules - cold water in the pool in the winter- we needed to pass outside to get in the room and in the spa, not nice in the winter - no cleaning service included during the stay and no broom available in the apartment
