: nothing really. location seemed good until you realise the noise outside all night and early morning.
: it wasnt properly cleaned. air condition didnt work properly and was so noisy we couldnt use it. there was no welcoming of any sort or explanation how anything worked liked the wifi. one window didnt close properly. there was no cleaning equipment like dishwashing liquid. the lighting in the apartment was all fluorescent white. ok Saturday night you could hear the busy restaurant underneath. we found old dirty sheets on the bed when we entered. the couch and the chair were dirty. the mattresses were incredibly uncomfortable.

: the place was clean and good location.
: summer time can be super hot, If you open the windows (because 1of the AC doesnt work, we smell of food and etc, because the chimney of the restaurants below the property. The service was terrible, no greeting at all, doesnt answer the phone calln or SMS after 6pm (we arrived 18.02pm) Left confusing instructions. Doesnt have a initiative to tell the guests, we have to ask where is the key, what is the WiFi password, etc. the worst customer service. WIFI did not work, she did nothing to repair this problem. second AC unit in living room (serving living room and second bedroom) did not work and she did nothing to repair or help to make it work, she did not even answer messages regarding to that neither SMS / WhatsApp / call. Nor we didn't get any instructions how/where to leave keys before our latest check out time, only after we had actually left the place.

: perfect location, secured parking (5min walk from the location), commodities are basic but OK, safe place
: can be noisy until 1-2AM, aircon not working in one of the two rooms, Also, not very "cool" to ask money for bedsheets while the price applicable for the night is already relatively expensive...
