  : It was clean and comfortable.
  : Its location and the fact it was in a locked gated community with only one key per group. This limited what we could do individually. The property was at the bottom of a very steep hill. Not really suitable for elderly or children. There were limited facilities for food and restaurants within the immediate area.

  : What we liked most was the privacy. We did not see or hear any othet guests, we had a feelingn we had the whole space to ourselves. The property had coffee and sugar for one morning. Some Oil and salt too. The view was fantastic. The outside seating area on the balcony and on the terrace gave a lit of options to spend time. Pool was great and warm. Not busy at all, we were alone there.
  : We would expect kids stuff like potty for the younger member of our family, since villa is meant for a family. There was no option to buy it anywhere in this area. It caused us a lot of headache. Also, not a single playground on the territory.

  : + the view over Ravello was as stunning during the day as during the night+ its a very quiet place + it was clean and very well equipped (kitchen supplies, iron and ironing board, bbq, etc) the only thing missing for us would have been bowls + the jacuzzi was nice + the staff was very friendly and helpful and reacted quickly when we needed something
  : - the appartment we stayed at had a jacuzzi, but the water heater didnt have the capacity to fill it all the way up with lukewarm water (we had to boil water on the stove and use the waterboiler)

  : The family suite was spacious with great parking. Free laundry was a nice welcome surprise.
  : we had an issue during the night with the suite below us that partied until 5 AM. Management was not available for assistance, and the next day did not provide a satisfactory solution. The next evening at 1 AM we had to deal with it ourselves.

  : The basket of goods was very scant. Only three coffee pods. A very small coffee percolatorThe washing machine isnt in the property which the details suggest There are no details in the property about the area shop opening times etc

  : I liked that the property has everything
  : We didn't like that when we booked we thought it was two rooms but in actuality it was one room and one living room with a make shift bed and single bathroom for two couples. The pictures are not accurate and deceiving.
