  : We booked this accommodation spontaneously based on the information and pictures on the hotel website. At check-in already the first surprise: you must wear a bathing cap in the pool (available for a fee!), although this is not noted anywhere on their website nor you can see it at any picture. Slightly frustrated we went to the room (plain, building complex looks more like a hospital) and got ready for the pool. After that, one more disappointment after the other: a larger construction site inside the pool area without privacy screen and defective deck chairs. Finally unsuccessful search for showers outside before going into the pool: most people go into the pool without showering. Pool edges are very dirty. After, we did find by chance a single, dingy shower in the inside pool area. Last but not least, a lot of mold in the drain grates of the indoor pool, very dirty windows, walls etc. Actually, we wanted to relax here after an exhausting day, in the end we checked out after around only an half an hour and frustrated. The chef of reception told us that they will refund us the booking fee. They will call us the next day as we had already paid through Booking (for further clarifications). Ultimately we never received call, also a subsequent contact via chat at Booking remained unanswered. Our urgent recommendation: stay away from this place if you expect a neat SPA. The only neat things are the suits and ties of the staff.

  : This hotel is situated on thermal springs, which feed several pools, both indoor and outdoor. These springs were the main reason we visited, as the hotel is otherwise in a remote location. Unfortunately, the springs were the only highlight of our stay. The room was mediocre. No real problems, but it wasn't modern or well-designed, which might be acceptable for a short business trip on a budget, but it's completely inadequate for a destination where people come specifically to relax and enjoy themselves. Parking is free and numerous. Pools are included in the price. However, they require swimming cap and unless you have it with you -- you'll have to buy it (as well as towels, bath robes and slippers). A small rip-off.
  : Staff: I cannot recall another instance where the staff made us feel so unwelcome. It was as if we had intruded into their home in the middle of the night demanding service. The hotel advertises many wellness procedures on their website, yet none were available for booking. We were constantly redirected with instructions like "Go there, turn left, ask the person there" and "Go to the reception, ask there." Eventually, we gave up on trying to use any of the services. Breakfast: The only tolerable item was the coffee; the food was subpar and mostly from the supermarket. In Sardinia, a region known for its culinary richness with abundant fresh fruits and exceptional cheeses, it was disappointing to be served supermarket sliced cheese. There are no alternatives unless you're willing to drive 20 minutes to the nearest town.
