  : Amazing, old, atmospheric building. With multiple dining rooms and seating areas. We had the set dinner both nights. The waitresses couldnt have been kinder and more attentive. Our room which was at the very top of the building, was on two storeys, had a lot space and a good bathroom with bath, over bath shower and bidet. The view from the small balcony on the top floor was amazing.
  : No management present. Staff couldnt speak any English and had difficulty understanding my limited Italian and vice versa (possibly due to local dialect). We were offered a choice of two rooms, both at the top of the house, with the double bed on the small top floor accessible only by a steep open wooden staircase, the bathroom and wardrobes were on the lower floor. Linen and towels were provided but we only found the toiletries and spare toilet roll by chance, because they were left in a bag outside the room. There was no breakfast provided and no facilities, not even a kettle for making a hot drink, or water or glasses provided. There were only old and broken coat hangers in the wardrobes. This place needs some love and care from the owners/managers to make it great again. Attention to details and extra touches would make all the difference. The food is amazing and excellent value, the cleaning staff have very high standards and the rooms are very clean. So no complaints about that. Communication with management was ok, but at a distance and sometimes a bit late.

  : The position is ok and it is possible to park not too far away. Price is low. Nothing else.
  : We were welcomed in a restaurant, and when we asked for the room they walked us to a room that was literally a door on the restaurant. Needless to say that the noise from the restaurant was very audible in the room. We asked for breakfast, and they said they do not offer breakfast. A pity considered that they indicate that breakfast is served in the main location (picture) in their booking profile. The room was very dark, and when I opened the windows I realized there were no curtains. So either dark or you are seen from the streets. The cleanliness was disappointing: stains of God knows what on a chair (picture), dust from the ages in the air conditioning (picture), the heater in the bathroom was corroded and leaking (picture) You better are very intimate with the person with you because the door of the bathroom cannot be closed. All in all a terrible experience.

  : It is a charming structure, full of cozi spaces, tastefully furnished in every detail. Breakfast wasn't available at the moment due to covid measures, but we had a dinner at the property and it was an excellent experience based on typical products, with their own produced cold cuts and cheeses, all excellently prepared.

  : We stayed here over summer and had a lovely incredibly spacious room. The bathroom is very well equipped and everything was super clean. Its a real medieval town youre staying in which you can tell from the original walls and outside of the hotel. Its quiet, lovely and perfect if youd like to escape the busy beaches and emerald coast
  : Keep in mind that there is not one large hotel but rather numerous rooms spread out over different buildings. We had no idea about this and the parking in this town is very (!!) difficult as the old streets are not made for cars. Its best to park your car right outside of town and walk in (5min). First check where your actual room is and whether you can park your car in front of the building youre in.

  : The whole building and the room are amazing. The quietness when the clients of the restaurant are gone. The location is also very good, and the food of the restaurant too.
  : Despite that it is indicated in the room description that there is a coffe machine and or a kettle, there is none, and this is quite unfortunate considering that there is no option to have breakfast. Our room was in a dining room and when people was having lunch or dinner was very noisy. There is also no possibility to contact the people from the reception if they are not present there.

  : Amazing medieval building, full of character. Excellent value, sumptuous dinner of delicious local dishes - we could barely walk afterwards!
