  : Staffs are very nice and professional, food is okay(with their photos, I expect more of the food.)Room is very clean(expect the old carpet),and the bathroom is renovated. The view in the room is nice.
  : I have to say there is a HUGE difference between official photos and reality. Hotel is old, nothing like the brand new photos at all! The hotel room lobby is like movie scene. The facade hotel looks a bit broken-old. If its well maintained, it could be a very nice hotel. However, I feel its on its budget-saving mode: not enough lighting, unclean pool( even tho its closed, but please keep it clean, not like abandoned), fading carpet that looks like very dusty

  : Breakfast is provided after filling up the form upon arrival. Quality of breakfast was very good and fresh. The view was extraordinary. The restaurant of the hotel makes one of the best pizza I ever tasted.
  : I asked for a kettle in the room as we had a baby with us however the request was turned down. condition of the pool could be better. It was too hot in the restaurant area whilst having breakfast.

  : Nice hotel in the country side. Not walking distance to a town. Nice room.The dinner menu was good and comparable in price to other restaurants we have experienced
  : Having to fill in our breakfast choice and time when we check in.It would be nice to have an electric jug in the room to make a drink.

  : Parking is easy but turn off from main road is very, very easy to miss. Only marked on the actual junction. No warning. Several miles before you can turn round.
  : Pool closed, all beds stored away - it was sunny and 30+ outside. No one at check-in, walked around the many large rooms of the hotel looking for someone. Eventually found someone in the kitchen. After 10 minutes someone eventually arrived to check-in. We were asked to complete a form to say what we wanted for breakfast the next morning. Bearing in mind this is a large hotel which undertakes large wedding events this is a very strange way to serve breakfast in a dining room which was set out for 200+ at breakfast. Tries to get a drink. Pool bar open, but no staff. Went to find someone (again) and told to take a seat at the front are and someone would take our order. After 10 minutes with various staff passing us I had to stop someone. They in turn went to get someone else. Only one other table occupied, of the 10, and we asked if we could order a pizza from the menu and have it at our table. Ok, but then the more senior staff member arrives to tell us in no uncertain terms we have to move to the bistro table some 20 metres away to eat. All but one of the bistro tables were empty. We were happy where we was but forced to move. Final jokes - the mini-bar price list had 12 items on it. Four of which were the price of the towels and bath mat (if you took them I assume). The room info also states 'it is forbidden to introduce food from outside and consume it in the room, especially fruit'. We've never seen anything like this. If you want to bring a take-away, supermarket 'picnic' etc. into your room you can and do.

  : Great breakfast and super bistro with local public on friday night. Great pizza there!
  : It is in a very ugly place, you can see the Etna from the upper corridors in the hotel, but it is in the middle of a grey road with nothing else. The nearest towns have no charm. The pool was not in use even though it was 29 degrees.
