  : Elettra was THE perfect host. She made sure that everything was great for us and even sent a huge document about the area and what to do/see. The apartment was lovely and very clean and there were grapes and cookies. We loved the balcony and the location next to the beach.
  : The bed was a bit squeaky but thats really minor.

  : The beach was close.
  : It was dirty, On the first day we had to do some cleaning. After 5 minutes being in the apartment my 7 year old daughter told us the floor is dirty. The door of the shower was broken, we were not able to close it. The owner tried to fix it and after that it was better; she promisied to come back the next day to replace the whole door wich had not happened. All the water pipes are running and quite hard to close them. Sometimes the hot water is gone, just for fun. The coffee machine was broken which was fixed by the owner after one day. The apartment is 10m far away from the railway. It was loud! The main air-conditiion is loud. The very next neighbor is an open-area party place. The party ends at midnight. It was loud! After 6am some trucks arrive to fill the storage of the supermarket (2 floor below the windows of the apartment) and starts to compress some of the boxes with some industrial device. It was loud! The main street of the village (where the apartment is) is loud during the night. Was not the best choice for a family.

  : Great location a few steps from the sea, a grocery store and San Vincenzo village center. The apartment was perfectly furnished and very clean.
  : Only a small note about the proximity to the train station but definitely tolerable.

  : The apartment is really close to the beach (Il Paradisino Beach Club) which has been great for our family of 5 for 4 days. The grocery store is literally just under the apartment. The place itself is spacious, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed and we even get beach towels. San Vincenzo downtown is a short walk away and even though the apartment is between the railway (like most of the apartment close to the sea) it wasn't an issue at all. We've arrived by train so it's been important for us to access the place on foot easily. The apartment has air-conditioning in both bedrooms (one of them a bit noisy) and in the hallway working very efficient on hot summer days. Thanks Irene for hosting us and providing all the useful anf thoughtful information ahead of our arrival. We would definitely return.
