: It's a sort of a "family stay". The owners live in the same building downstairs, so it really gives you a feeling of staying in a home rather than a hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean. Basic, nothing luxurious but for the price you pay it's just fantastic! Renovated as well. The view is just awesome and the place is so peaceful. Nothing beats homemade jam for breakfast of course!

: The guesthouse is located in a natural parc in a very quiet area but not too far from Siena. The swimming pool was nice, although a little small. The owner is a pleasant companion who tries to help in every possible way.
: The breakfast was a little light for those who are used to European standards. Also, I have a little personal remark concerning the excessive use of plastic in this guesthouse. Why use disposable plastic cups at breakfast when normal glasses are more environment-friendly and pleasant to use?
