  : Beautiful hotel with amazing rooms
  : Reception staff was not very helpful. It was difficult to organize transfers from the hotel to Pisa and Lucca. The spa was average.

  : What a lovely spot. Choose from a few pools and large well appointed rooms. Front desk staff so warm friendly and helpful a real lovely welcome. Nice small village. Would definitely visit again

  : Interesting historic building. Staff are helpful. Good selection of food in the breakfast buffet. Nice spa facilities.
  : The layout is a bit confusing. Portion size at dinner quite small. There was reference to an airport shuttle but what is offered is for reception to call a taxi at the guests expense. 15 minutes notice is needed as the location is a few kilometres from the city of Pisa.

  : A little bit old, but nice hotel.Nice man on the reception met us, and provide to the room. Spa area is old and a little tired, you dont have instructions for the pools where you can turn on the waves/Jacuzzi bobbles.Spa area closes very early at 19:00Very comfy room, we were upgraded to the better room, big bathroom. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast with different choices.
  : Strange lady in the morning on receptioncheck out that told us that we got our room very cheap and usually prices are higher and why amI asking about details of the price if we booked it so cheap.Also unexpected she charged us for city tax 6 besides the main price that was paid in advance. Though man on check in said us that we paid all and doesnt need to pay anything extra besides the drinks if we will have ones. Bar at the hotel had nice view and garden but cocktails are tastes bad and overpriced/overrated. We waited 20 min for the 2 drinks that were way worse beyond the rate. Also hotel is like a labyrinth and its so hard to find the way to your room or to the spa, which split in the 2 different parts.

  : The spa facilities were excellent, a real bonus! The staff were lovely and all very helpful.
  : The bed was very uncomfortable, the food in the restaurant was not nice at all (my partner's beef was mainly fat). The corridors could do with re-decorating, and the carpets in the corridors need a deep clean (the steps down to the spa have a lot of dust on them).
