: Friendly staff, parking spot, potentially beautiful location
: Dinner option with family is available but only upon request, I think there is a huge potential to make more guests happier as family dinners in Italy are usually great! Surroundings of the farm are a bit messy and dirty. If you get it cleaned up the place will be beautiful.

: Perfect location, amazing beautiful hike right from the front door (loop via Il Piano to San Donato and back) generous breakfast with great coffee. The cats are very cute.
: Host spoke no English. No attempt to understand what we wanted to get from our stay or any suggestions for things to do, for example we had to find the trek online before realising the house was already on the path! For the price, no extra facilities (the pool was cordoned off as private). The place is fine for a base but isn't a destination in itself where one is made to feel like a special guest.

: It really is a house in the countryside. The owners not only host tourists, but also really do farming, which gives you the opportunity to feel the real life of Italian farmers. The house is located near the very popular medieval town of San Gimignano, which gives you the opportunity to combine a holiday in the countryside with sightseeing. We saw little of the owner, he was busy with work all the time and sometimes he smiled at us from afar, and the hostess was very welcoming and did everything to make our vacation great.
: I liked everything. I can only note that the hostess speaks only Italian and understands a little bit of English. And if the purpose of your visit is to speak English with the hostess, then this is not for you :).
