  : Check in: very rude owner/manager Francesca who included herself in all the procedures in the hotel - I have been working in luxury hotel chains for 7 years and have never seen so obviously stressed manager who seems to have trust issues - she does not trust the staff - cause she was bossing them around, not only at the reception but also in the restaurant plus running with them, putting the cutlery on the tables, cleaning the tables - it looked so unprofessional. Not to mention she didnt greeted us at breakfast, while she greeted all others - either she had a problem with 2 women traveling together or she hates people who dont speak Italian or German. Room: good! But the pictures on booking are tricky. The place is actually by the main road so if you sleep in room 132 where we did - it is VERY noisy from the street plus they are building another hotel across this property so construction is loud (stayed in July 2022). Also the bed covers are very thick and non-breathy so prepare to sweat in the summer. Timings: very short periods for everything! Like if you wanna catch dinner you better be there till 8pm otherwise at 8:15pm they were running like something was on fire and removing all the dinner buffet and preparing everything for breakfast! Hectic to eat while staff removes the food you paid for! Spa facilities: good - but again - not friendly timings for me as a guest, cause its only open between 3:30-7pm.Extras: bathrobes are extra charge - I recommend you bring your own. No slippers in the room. Food: great. Whoever is the chef, is saving them.

  : Awesome suite and wonderful wellness. Very useful service of the free sky storage near the lift. Very attentive staff
  : Kitchen. Its really great but too much refined and not cheap for the family with kids.
