  : Everything brand new, modern, slick, very very clean, shiny. AC in room works well. They spent a bundle on this place. Nice enough, although unprofessional staff. Not too far from the beach. This place would probably be good for a wedding party, have a big BBQ outside in the back, everyone in the same place, etc. The place has potential.
  : The building is literally almost right on the road. If the windows are closed, you don't hear the traffic. Sleek and modern, but utterly charmless. Hot as heck in the lobby. NO LIFT. Not a problem unless you have bags, or can't easily walk up 3 flights...Lighting in room very weird. Had to search for the guy, even opened the kitchen doors looking for him... "Hello?" Then waited for the guy 25 minutes while he smoked and talked on phone to a client. I get it, but he never once looked at me, or said, "I'll be right with you", etc. Basically ignored me. Had to change rooms. Was accommodating, but I got a much smaller room. Had to again search for someone in the morning for coffee. The woman finally casually emerged from the back, looking at her phone. I had to ask if she worked there. Couldn't make cappuccino because the milk steamer was broken. To her credit, she hand whipped up some milk...(the place looks like a new-money, boonga-boonga palace, and you can't make somebody a cappuccino?) Dried-out prosciutto. Pillows hard as rocks, hard bed. They spent gobs of money making the place swanky, but it's the little things that make it or break it. I won't go back.

  : Room appeared very clean
  : You can literally hear the people in the other rooms breathing, the guy next to my room was snoring and it felt like he was in the same room with me. Walls are ridiculously thin and empty.Workers of the hotel in the morning were talking very loud near the rooms.Bathroom is very small and space is not well organized. To turn on the light you have to close the bathroom door a little bit, shower box was extremely small I couldn't almost move my arms.The room smelled like an apple, the ambience fragrance was too strong. There were construction workers doing their business at 8am, making crazy loud noise. I was not aware of that, no one told me, instead they woke me up with the sounds of drills and hammers.Breakfast was just sweet stuff, nothing salty like ham or cheese or eggs. Not even bread!There is no one around, when I had to check out I was in a hurry and couldn't find anyone, same thing happened on the check in. I've asked what time the check out was and they said whenever, which is not a good answer.Really bad experience for me
