: Beautiful B&B (impressive house) which feels very personal and private, very nicely and quietly situated on beautiful grounds (surrounded by a lovely garden). There is many seating arrangements in the garden which are very cosy and comfortable. The room we stayed in was quite spacious (with dining table and kitchen), felt very comfortable and clean. Good price/quality. But we mostly liked the warm welcome by the hosts Fabiana and Francesco despite our late arrival. They immediately gave us good tips for the area (dinner at Trilussa --> gooooo there, DELICIOUS food, huuuuge portions and most lovely staff!!!).
: Breakfast was a bit of a let down for us. It was very sweet mostly and no bread. We missed some savoury/cheese/fresh bread.

: It wasnt what we expected,the place was uncomfortable,unkept and dirty.We paid for an included breakfast which was less than a snack size and very poor quality.Nothing fresh.The place was old,the wooden stairs to the upper floor lean visibly and going up and down with a toddler wasnt easy neither safe.The bedroom was huge,and made us feel quite uncomfortable,the forniture looked like they have seen better times.Our bed was made of two mattresses one on top of the other which made it too high to hop into and too hard to sleep on.In the bathroom there was a strong smell and the door handle came off at the first Use and we found a dirty towel on the rack.The kitchen was the best part of all,a filthy old sofa stood under the stairs,the sink was stained and when I opened the cabinets I have found all sort of surprises:opened and abandoned packets of salt,coffee and something undefined left behind by some other guest and never cleaned out,the fridge was rusty and in the oven sat a well visible spider net.A place I would never set a foot in,ever again.
