  : I like that the hotel was close to the metro, that was what I was focusing on. It was 8 min walk. The landlord was very helpful and was asking us every day if we need anything. We had a late check-in (after 12am) and we kept in touch the whole time, when our plane was delayed and up until we were on a taxi to the property. He doesn't speak English but we communicated through translator, he's a sweet man. There was free breakfast at any time which was helpful. Only 3 rooms in the suite, so don't expect a hotel with 40+ rooms. Our room had a balcony which was helpful, since it is hot in the day. It's located in more or less quiet neighborhood, I think only locals live here. The room, including the bathroom was clean.
  : It was a bit cold (October) in the night so we needed extra blankets in the room, we only had one thin one each. The landlord provided them so it was okay. You can only rely on a metro but that's not a property's problem. The suite is at least 30 min away from the center, Colosseo etc., so we had to think in advance before going home, since it's an hour of walk. I cannot imagine going out for a bar/club. Buses are unreliable, so we took metro everywhere we could. The cleaning staff comes every day to fix the beds and clean, so be mindful of that. I think it's a bit overpriced, 1000 for 5 nights + 60 for a city tax that you have to pay later + 40 for 2 people for a late check-in. These extra payments are all written down but considering the location I would lower the price. When we were booking, many hotels in the area were this price, which I think is crazy in general, since my friends paid way less coming another month and they lived by the Trevi Fountain.

  : The apartment has all the basics you would need for a short stay.to explore Rome. The owner is exceptionally helpful and attentive. Great place to stay
  : No issues Previously thought I had a shared bathroom but this is not the case it was a translation issue. No negatives
