  : The location is a great asset, the accommodation has potential because it is spacious and well structured in a building with a doorman.
  : however those who qualified this accommodation as very good or superb, do not know what these words mean, the interior is already quite degraded, it needs urgent refurbishment, taking into account the price paid.

  : - Location - Big spaces- Good sound isolation- Bed is good
  : - Dirty - Airco was noisy, and was even supported by painting bins. - Wifi is not working on the room and the phone signal is also low - It has huge spaces but not used, they can easily provide you with a 2 bedrooms apartment instead of a sofa bed which is small for 2 people.- low quantity furniture. - only 2 coffee capsules for 4 people 3 nights.

  : The property was in a good location, clean and comfortable. The host was friendly and responsive.
  : The bathroom had a strong damp smell and there was an issue with the toilet. The host was very responsive and did come immediately to fix the toilet.

  : The location is the absolute best thing about this place. You are 20mins by foot from any important landmark, and it is in a quiet street so you can sleep nicely. We were 2 couples who stayed in the standard apartment and it was very nice, we all had privacy. The bed was super comfortable, everything was clean, and the internet connection is good. The building is so beautiful, you feel like a true Roman.Also, the host was very nice, he let us leave our things before check in, so we can explore the city freely. He answered quickly and was patient. :)Blow dryer in the bathroom has a nozzle and is strong, great for blow dries. :)
  : It is a bit pricey comparing to other places in Rome, but you definitely save money for a taxi/airport shuttle by being in this location.

  : The location is very good. All the most famous monuments are in a walking distance.
  : 1. The main problem was that the air conditioning unit in the kitchen needed a basin to collect leaking water. The first day we found the kitchen flooded. The explanation from the host regarding this issue was that he could only install that kind of unit. Interestingly, the same unit was installed in the other room without any leaking. 2. The toilet seat was broken and it took two days to be replaced by the host. 3. There were any coffee pods to use with the espresso machine. The host told me later that he doesn't provide any amenities for the guests. 4. There was an empty container of dish detergent so I had to purchase a new one to wash the glasses we used. 5. The apartment requires a lot of maintenance to justify the price I paid (even with the 10% discount that the host gave to me because of the leaking air conditioner. a. The panel of the dish washer was missing. b. The washing machine was missing a front plate/panel. c. The pipe of the shower head was loose from the wall. d. There was paint peeling from the shower wall near the shower head. 6. There was a main door to enter the flat. Inside was a foyer and 2 doors. One door to the left and one door straight ahead. The flat we booked was the door straight ahead. I don't know what the door to the left was, but I thought it was another flat since dirty bags of someone else's laundry were kept in the vestibule/foyer of the apartment for several days.
