  : The apartment is a secluded room with a bathroom (there are a few other rooms on the same floor). The space is nice and very clean. The location is good, within walking distance from all the important turistic spots; no noise, very quiet during night-time. The wi-fi was pretty solid as well, so no complaints there. Also, the communication with Valentina from the agency prior to and during the stay was very easy and fast, which is a plus.
  : We stayed for 7 days and there was NO hot water. We communicated this issue from day 1 and we were told it was going to get fixed but that unfortunately never happened. We would walk around the city for the entirety of the day and then come back home and not be able to even SHOWER properly - we literally had to do it with cold water for the whole stay (needless to say that washing hair was an impossible task). We later read some older reviews and saw that this exact issue was brought up by someone all the way back in 2019., so it doesnt seem like it was a problem just this time.After messaging the agency about it for the second time, they told us the owner of the building decided to reimburse us 100 which he did. Its a nice gesture but since our goal wasnt to endamage the owner but to get the problem solved, we did not get into the whole debate about how much its REALLY worth to stay in a place with no hot water.

  : Guivi was there to meet us upon arrival. Breakfast was included which was a tasty Italian style meal on the balcony when the weather was good. Room was very spacious with plenty of plug sockets, wardrobe space and comfortable bed. bathroom was clean with plenty of towels. Great location.
  : Would have liked a kettle in the room for a morning and afternoon cup of tea after a long day.

  : Breakfast was a croissant and a small cup of coffee, no refills. Location was great. Main office staff very helpful when we had a problem. Room excellent, unique experience for the type of building we were in. Would recommend.
  : The toilet flush & cold water in sink, did not work properly. Contacted our room supervisor who said they would fix it. Arrived back after long day and it was not fixed. I had to contact the main office who said they would send maintenance around which fixed the problem. However not having a properly working toilet for 1.5 days was not great.

  : Excellent Location, which is the only good thing about staying here. Breakfast though basic was served right on time as stated.
  : Many things! 1.) Water Kettle: There was neither a single water bottle provided upon arrival nor an electric kettle. First time I have ever seen this. Even hotel provides that. 2.) Condition: Though the location was outstanding, the condition of our room (maybe ours was the only one) was in the need of maintenance (doors specifically). Furniture, doors et al were so old that during the first evening itself, the bathroom door handle was not working properly. When I raised this with the staff next morning, I was reminded of the prototype that the guests need to pay if something is broken. The lady even asked me if the door knob has still got the screw, which alludes to the fact that she already knew and still pointing at us. 3.) Also, when I asked for tea in the breakfast and my wife asked for coffee, the immediate response was a clear frown upon as if the expectation is to have same choice from the guests so that it saves the effort. 4.) Needs updating on google maps: There are many trevi suites but this one is specifically 'Trevi Golden suite', uber driver had to literally speak with hotel staff to get down there. Please note the location is very good, its just the proper name on booking name needs updating.
