  : Location was great
  : Payment for accomodation to be made in cash We had to go physically to another location to pay for our accomodation, very incovenient Properly dusty not very clean Difficulty in collecting keys via key code by main door. Not able to open the box. Cleaning lady assisted in opening box by force with knife.

  : It iis at a very central point of Rome. 100m from Trevi and you can go to every monument very easy. It is spacious for 4 people. A room with a double bed and a double bed-sofa in the living room.
  : It need some renovation..The cabin in the one bathroom is very old and the bed creaks in every move. The apartment need to be a little more clean.

  : Property was specious and pretty much comfortable. All the kitchen equipment was available and clean to use, which was super good. Its very close to Trevi fountain, making its location convenient.
  : We didnt expect to pay extra 80 (tax+cleaning) because in the booking it said that weve already paid all taxes and extra costs. Make sure youll not be charged more than actual price:(

  : Location was fantastic if you like being in the hub of the action.
  : So many things:Dirty, moldy main bathroom/ showerOther bathroom smelled like urine the whole time. Floors and walls were dirty.Beds were lumpy and pillows were old and hard.When I asked for extra sheets so we didn't have to share the bed they told us they didn't have any and then wouldn't respond to any further attemps at asking. Even though we picked it specifically so that we wouldn't have to share a sofa bed, they were not willing to help.Found out after I booked they only accepted cash for payment upfront. That should have been my first clue to find a different place. After paying we were unable to get adequate information from the hosts due to minimal to no responses to any of our questions.

  : Location is the best! 3 min to Trevi Fountain, 5 to Spanish Stairs, 20 min to Colloseum. The apartment has got 1 bedroom with a comfortable bed in it, when it comes to the living room... The sofa is old and very uncomfortable, there is also a very small room / I wouldn'tcall it a bedroom- there is a bunk bed, no window and no place at all.
  : We arrived at 9pm so there was no one in the building to check in, we had to go to other place (8 min on foot) to get the key and the instructions how to get into our apartment, but they wrote earlier that I had to do that. We had some problems getting in and finding the keys, so we tried to call the manager/person who would help us, and there was no way to do it! Nobody answered! Nobody called back! The next day, I had to go and pay for the apartment again to that place where we got the key. There was no one there - even though I wrote I would be around 10.30/11. The worst thing is the contact with people who run/manage this building! The apartment could be cleaner, the sheets and towels are ok but bathrooms need some deep cleaning. It's safe to stay there.
