  : Location was great
  : Bathroom was horrendous. Flooded the whole floor first morning because of the design of shower enclosure. Bathroom sink had to turn tap on millimetre at a time or got soaked. Toilet seat kept coming loose & sliding about. Rooms were not as pictures suggested. Furniture old and wobbly! Free use of coffee machine, absolutely disgusting water container. I never give poor reviews but I'm afraid this one deserves it

  : Good location, staff were friendly and helpful, easy early check in. Clean, tidy and decent size room.
  : Can be a little noisy late at night from downstairs with poor noise insulation from the window, but nothing crazy.

  : Good location, kind staff and beautiful room. The bed and memory foam pillows were super nice though.
  : It says in the description that the guest house provides shampoo, but they don't, which is misleading. They had forgotten to put soap in the bathroom when we checked in. I'd say the price is a bit more expensive than it should be, like hotel price except it's not. Netflix app did not work on the TV either, said something about no memory.

  : The location was excellent! Walking distance to all major attractions. The room was very spacious and had all the facilities we needed. We loved the extra touch the staff did on Valentine's day for us giving us prosecco chocolates and balloons!! Was very thoughtful. We would definitely stay again if travelling to Rome!

  : Well, it is clearly not a hotel. It is a guest house and you have no intimacy, there are 2 other rooms in the same flat.

  : A lovely area! Our favorite in Rome. Its a bit of a walk to main tourist attractions, but a beautiful walk! The host was accommodating letting us leave bags before / after check - in and the rooms were lovely.

  : We were greeted by cleaning staff who spoke no English and were shocked by the unclean appearance of the facilities and immediately booked another accommodation. The manager would not give us any refund for the 7 day booking even though we booked with free cancelation until 24 hours before and would have paid for two nights to get out of the hotel. We ended up staying 4 of the 7 nights at the hotel but paid for all 7 - we were uncomfortable and shocked at the advertising and reality of the room and facilities. This was a scam and after reading other reviews, its confirmed this is the norm. Some of the ratings received do not correspond with the actual offerings and we wonder if they have been incentivized.
  : There is no breakfast and it is not allowed to eat or make breakfast at the facility. The furnishings are old and run down, floors dirty, shower clogged, no staff except cleaning man present, coffee machine with so much calc that it did not function properly, loud traffic noise until late at night & air conditioner with the exhaust pipe running into the same room it is cooling which is not safe. Overall, this facility is dishonest and did not return my many requests to talk to a manager and ignored my phone calls and whatsapp messages. We do not recommend this facility and wish that others would give an honest review so expectations are appropriate and this company will lower its prices so as not to attract customers who expect higher than what can be delivered. There are many other options in this neighborhood and in Rome with high standards at the same or similar price points.
