  : Spacious and clean! Very comfortable beds! Although the location was lovely & super central, it was very quiet and peaceful. Would definitely recommend!

  : There was absolutely nothing to like. The host who met us was filthy dirty and appeared to never shower my whole 3 day stay , nor shower for a week before. The worst was when he arranged transportation for us fro Rome to Florence for a day. I paid him upfront 720 euros that morning that the driver picked us up. We were driven by a very in experienced driver who got lost several times , We needed to ask people on the street for directions a 2.5 hour drive turned out to 4 .5 hours . When we finally arrived he told us he would meet us where he dropped us off at the time agreed . When We arrived which included myself , my 85 year old Aunt , and my small child and cousin he was not there. When I called him he said something had happened with car and he could not pick us up the car was not charged and it would take hours to charge. Which did not make sense. I called the host who I paid in full that morning for both there and return transport and he told me that the he was sick and could not help. I therefore called the owner of apartment and told me to take a train. It was the most horrible scary experience as 4 Females , and I travel frequently and use hosts often. We had to take a train back , got home hours later than excepted and never was reimbursed for the money of the return transfer we paid for in fiull that morning . Do not use this host or book this flat you will be very disappointed!!! Donna from USA

  : The location is fabulous. Really central on a busy shopping street but it is so quiet inside. Easy to find restaurants and shops close by. Apartment is spacious. Beds were comfortable. Staff were really helpful and friendly.
  : The oven and iron didnt work properly. The kitchen is not really well equipped but we ate out mostly so didnt matter too much. Would have liked dressing table or chairs to put things on rather than the floor.

  : Electric wasnt very good.You could only use the one electric item at a time. When using the hob you cant boil the kettle.

  : Communication was exceptional
  : They are significant issues with this property. Firstly the bathroom showers are third world. Shower head is old and mostly blocked - therefore the little water that comes through are like needles hitting your sink. The drain is blocked so the water doesnt drain adequately. The step into the shower is highly dangerous when using it with any water - so any mobility issues (do not use) the toilet paper holder is broken, so need to place toilet paper on the sink. The other shower is so low that it very difficult to shower with. Secondly the bed sheets, all bedding sheets were so thin they had holes in them. One bed sheet had existing blood on it - so hadnt been changed (this really grossed us out). Thirdly, the cord for the iron had exposed wiring in multiple places (way too dangerous to use). This property should not be let out. Its way too dangerous and need of repair.
