  : As the name suggests this is a guest house and ones expectations should be tailored to suit. The rooms are clean and adequate, the breakfast exactly as advertised and both fresh and tasty. Reception staff were efficient, pleasant and all spoke good English. The guest house is convenient for both Tiburtina Railway station (nearest metro as well) and Tiburtina Bus station. There is a good array of shops and restaurants close by in Via delle Cave di Pietralata and one of the best gelato shops in Rome - Gelateria Mam located at Largo Antonio Beltramelli, 35.

  : We do not recommend this accommodation at all. The photos do not correspond to reality. We were staying four nights. The toilet in the bathroom did not work well, it leaked and had mold on it as well as the shower. The shower in the bathroom was attached with a rope. In the bedroom, the wardrobe was destroyed and the handles were broken. At night, the hotel was very busy from the last rooms. The breakfast did not match the photos. You can get breakfast in the form of coffee and one sweet croissant in the pastry shop next door. You can choose only one option, the rest you have to pay for, even if breakfast is included in the price. In the later hours, there is nothing to choose from. The accommodation does not match the description on Booking.com and we do not recommend staying here.

  : Location close to the Tiburtina station, by which you can easily go to the centre of Roma with the metro, train or bus.
  : Parking is a drama. It was stated parking is possible, or for 20 EUR you can use private parking. We tried to ask questions about the parking before we arrived, but no responses were given via the chat. When we arrived, it was impossible to find a parking place on the street so we could do the check in. Also the neighbourhood felt a bit unsafe. During the check in, we again raised the question of parking as it was very important to us. Then we got told the private parking would cost 50 EUR for only one night. We think that is a ridiculous amount and we felt tricked by the communiction about this, especially as we asked about this before we arrived. We would not recommend to stay in this place when you want to visit Rome by car. The breakfast is not served in the hotel/guest house itself, but in a small bar in the same street. The staff of the bar was very friendly, but only 1 croissant and 1 coffee is, according to us, not what you call a real breakfast.

  : It is close to Tiburtina station with good connection. Place was clean, easy to get on the 1st floor.
  : It was difficult to communicate with person from reception desk. Pictures of passport has been taken with no reason. City taxes fee without any receipt, cash only. Huge noise during the night. No ventilation in the room nor in the bathroom. Cold in the night. There was an option to have 3x single bad instead of 1 single and 1 double, which I selected. Nobody took care about it, even if there were phonically 3 bada and sufficient space. They could just arrange bad linen different way.
