  : The location was the only positive
  : We booked this hotel through booking.com about 7 months before our stay. We booked a family room with the option of 1 queen, 2 twin bed configuration (the other option for this room was 4 twin configuration). The hotel promptly and directly confirmed the bed configuration. Upon check in, we went to the room and it had a double and a twin. Additionally, it was on the first floor facing the street. The room was super loud from outside, the hallway, and the room above. It also never cooled down despite having the ac on full blast.We went back downstairs and the reception Ricardo, said that the bed configuration confirmation was done by booking.com and they didn’t approve it. I showed him the message where they did and he said he was just reception and could not help. I asked for a manager and he stated none were available during the weekend.I contacted booking.com and they confirmed the hotel did in fact confirm the family room and beds. Upon searching, we saw that we were put in a smaller room than was booked. Ricardo called later that day to say that they saw that our group was 3 people so they opted to place us in that particular room, even though we booked and paid for the larger family room that gave us each a bed. He said they would try to fit a roll away bed in our room for the second night but it was obvious that it would not fit and we were stuck one bed short for the two night stay.The next morning, we went down to eat breakfast, which we also purchased in our rate. We grabbed some food and sat ourselves. As we sat, 3 employees came to the food table to chat while eating DIRECTLY OUT OF THE BUFFET. Literally bare handed eating bacon and pieces of fruit, we were so grossed out we got up and left. Needless to say we didn’t eat the second morning.Booking.com has claimed to have reached out claim a refund for the stay and the hotel has ignored the request. Management has also ignored any direct messages from me.

  : The property had an excellent location on the city within walking distance to most monuments and sites. Close to the metro line and bus stops. The bar tender makes great cocktails and the kitchen staff are lovely. The reception staff are also great and did their best to help us throughout our stay.
  : For 3 days we had no air conditioning and the room was hot. After multiple requests to move we were finally put in a new room for one last 2 nights of our stay only to be woken at 8am on both mornings by the sound of hammering and drills. Had we known there were going for be works or faulty air conditioning we would have stayed somewhere else. Without these 3 issues the hotel is actually lovely. It’s a shame we had this experience.

  : A beautiful room in the middle of the city. The room was air-conditioned, and the beds were super comfy.The staff were all very accommodating. We were able to store our bags before check-in, which was great. Even the amenities smelled amazing. Breakfast was great, with a good variety of things to choose from. The colosseum is about a 25-minute walk away but really do able, the Trevi and the Spanish steps are right around the corner.
  : The only thing we can fauly on was when we asked for recommendations for Pizza and Gelato they were not very helpful.

  : The place was just the best location to visit all sites of interest.

  : Perfect location. Just minutes away from some major attractions. The room we booked was big enough, modern and clean. The beds were very comfortable. A very good buffet breakfast was included. Helpful staff.
  : The bathroom area was pretty small and did not have enough privacy.
