  : Giovani was very accommodating and helpful , and gave us information about the city and places to eat nearby. Location is great and most places to visit are just walking distance from the property .

  : There was a sign for another hotel (I think it's a real hotel) in the building, since the building number was correct, we entered and found it-I wanted to stay at the hotel for room service, hotel kitchen, elevator and security. There was none of these. There was no problem with security, but we were given the key to the main building and the key to the outer door because there was never anyone to open the door. We only saw one staff member when checking in and checking out. This was also the reason why they persistently asked us exactly what time we would arrive. This is not a hotel, it is just a business with 4 rooms on the 1st floor of a building and daily room cleaning.-You can stay in much better places for this money.-Since it was central and I had my little son with me, I thought I could visit a place before noon, then rest in the room and go somewhere else in the afternoon, but the heater was not working during the day and it was impossible to stay in the room. If you leave once and never come back, I think there is no need for a hotel in the center.-There was only an open hanger for clothes in the room, we used the suitcases of 3 people open on the floor, there was no closet where we could put the clothes.

  : Area was quite central, when buses were running location ideal to travel to various attractions. Staff were polite and provided a few recommendations which were very helpful. Very clean rooms due to daily cleaning which was appreciated.
  : The room was not as advertised- we were under the impression that AC was used as and when needed, however this turned out to be untrue instead AC would only be switched on in May, this was challenging given the heat during our stay (highs of 26C)

  : The location was great close to the coliseum and a great street for restaurants. Giovanni was very helpful is suggesting where to go in Rome.

  : The host Giovanni was very helpful with tips about Rome, where to eat locally and using public transport as well as a comprehensive guide to the accommodation. The room was spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable. The room had everything you could need including safe, TV & mini bar. The location is very good with a bus stop right outside.
  : The location is on a busy main road, so there is some traffic noise. It didn't bother us but if you're sensitive to noise or a light sleeper, this might be a consideration.
