  : Great location and very nice room, especially for a family of four. Being next to the train station and the Leonardo express train made our early morning trip to the airport so much less stressful.

  : I booked this as a last minute deal the night before 50% off.Appreciated:1. Directly across the road from Termini, for metro, buses, airport transfers, shopping and eateries. 2. They were kind to reply on message before arriving that I could leave my luggage from the morning. On arrival in the morning they said I could check in the room immediately as it was ready early. I thought this was a nice offering.3. The room and bathroom was very clean and bedding was comfortable. Towels and some mini toiletries provided.4. Breakfast (included) was assisted by pleasant personable host. She prepared a coffee for me and explained the breakfast offerings. Breakfast was basic - croissants, jams, biscuits and cake. Yogurts, cereals.5. I was able to store my luggage there after check out for a few hours the next day.6. Balcony attached to room to stand at if need some outdoor air and great view of Termini to admire the design of the building and to see the busy movement of cars and people.
  : Unfortunately:1. no kettle, tea or coffee, cups, glasses in room.room is cold - the A/C cooling was on and could not be controlled in the room. Host told me next day it is centrally controlled by the wider building.2. reception limited hours which was not made clear on booking - no one to ask for help/ queries at night. I messaged late about the heating and no one at reception or able to respond on message that late.3. Thin walls - loud noise from neighbours until late.4. The shower drain is blocked as the shower floor quickly filled with water and covered my feet as I showered. Not hygienic to have drain mixed water on the skin.5. The croissant and coffee was fine for me, would have loved some fruit, but was not available at the time of my breakfast sitting.6. Although secure building, my luggage hold was stored in the breakfast dining room unsupervised and was accessible to other guests so I would recommend not leaving any valuables in luggage or else ensure you have locked luggage.
