  : Over all the hotel was exceptional. Location was great, room was good, bathroom was good. My family are not picky, as long as we have a place to sleep.

  : It's close to the train station
  : It's extremely old and outdated. The place needs a major overhaul. I went for the breakfast one day. The Indian man serving the food was pulling the ham and cheese apart by hand and placing it on the tray. No gloves, nothing. When I confronted him and told him how disgusting it was he just laughed and walked away. Be careful what you eat

  : Great location !!!
  : It was a warm day, when I go my room the AC was not working. Asked the receptionist about the problem, she said the all rooms has no AC and are working on it. Problem was not fixed.

  : Good location. Situated right near termini. You can travel most places in Rome by buses or even by walking.
  : Very small bathroom(I stayed in single person room)If you are over 6 foot tall, the bed will be too small for you. Apparently, the air conditioning is only available after June, during peak summer only. It was very hot when I slept. Ask for air fans.

  : There were two things that were great about this hotel and that is the location. We came in by train and this place is just across the street a few steps away, so that was fantastic. Then if you want to take a shuttle to the airport, again the stop is right in front of the hotel so that also was fantastic. The other saving grace for this room was the bed. It was very confortable.
  : What we didn't like was that the room was extremely hot, the air condiditoning was not activated yet in the rooms. Funny though, once you were in the hallways of the hotel you could feel the A/C working!! So we had to open the window which brought some relief but not much but it also brought in all the noise from the street below. We activated the fan in the room hoping to add a bit of coolness but that didn't help, all it did was add a lot of noise. The bathroom also has no counter, just a sink, so you had nowhere to put all your toileteries. Beacuse of no A/C, the bathroom was like a sauna when you showered. The room was very small, which might have been indicated when we booked it but I don't stop to figure out how much a certain amount of square feet gives. It was very expensive for such little amenities, we were in a bind and that's why we took it but I would never have booked such a small room with no A/C otherwise.

  : No air conditioning. Staff said its not switched on until middle of June. Single room had very old falling apart furniture. No ceiling boards in bathroom just plastic strips. Safe old and rusty, instructions for safe filthy. Bathroom mirror rusting around all edges.

  : Not bad location, near Termini train station, main monuments waling distance. But any other location near Metro will be better.
  : Poor breakfast, smell in the room, room outside of main building (weak wifi).
