  : Great place for the price, we had a good time here. The train station and bus station is right next to the apartment, so it was really easy to move around. The owner is nice and we had no problems at all during our stay.
  : The room is kind of small, but understandable for the price.

  : The property was close to the Vatican and convenient to the train station. The air conditioning worked wonderfully, which was needed because of how hot it was. It was so much cheaper than anything else we could find, too.
  : There were a few quirks about the place that could have been better. The shower leaked onto the floor and we had to wipe it up long after a shower. It would have been nice to have some extra towels, too.

  : The owner was really kind and very helpful. The location was really good since it was near the Vatican and 30' walk from the most interesting sights of the city. Moreover, it is near bus and train station. The air-condition worked very well, as well as the wi-fi.
  : The apartment was too small for four member family. It's good though for a couple. When we arrived a terrible smell was coming from the bathroom that didn't even let us sleep but the owner fixed it right the next morning. The faucets were loose and we couldn't use them very well. Most of the kitchen equipment wasn't in good condition so we didn't use it at all. The furniture (bed, sofa-bed, table) we're not also in good condition (the table was broken, fixed with packaging tape). The mattress of the bed was ok the other one of the sofa-bed no. Only 2 out of 4 spot lights worked. The balcony was very small but at least we could see the top of St.Peter. I strongly believe that it wasn't a value for money apartment.

  : The train station is less than a 5 minute walk away, making it very easy to get to both the airport and Termini. There are also things like grocery stores and restaurants within a 10 minute walk.
  : The sinks and shower both had extraordinary low water pressure, and there wasnt even hot water in the shower our last night. There was also an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom.
