  : location, 5 min walk to bus stop or taxi, room decoration, comfortable beds, clean, Nescafe coffee machine available, supermarket is next door to buy something for breakfast
  : should have safe in room,need shelf in shower, had to put shower gel bottle on the floor.

  : Likes: Bed comfortable, though only provided one sheet on bed. The comforter was in closet, but hard to tell if it was clean. Nadia was incredibly nice at check in and breakfast, though seemed stressed as she was the only one at the property. Great location. Had breakfast included ,though a lot of bees at rooftop where breakfast is. There is an elevator which is nice. I think overall the property is fine. Great location, pricey, average stay.
  : Check-in was very difficult. We did not know till after that check in is only between 2-7pm. On google, the hotel is listed as a 4 star hotel which I find is not accurate (Small things, like door lock loose-ish, refrigerator not really cold). The wrong pin was provided to leave baggage prior to check in nd couldn't get inside hotel, and there is no way of getting a hold of people prior to 2pm and after 7pm (only very limited messaging). Thankfully, nice restaurants nearby to wait and eat. We potentially found mouse droppings on floor (seemed to look like mouse droppings on floor, but it was our last night, noticed about 11pm, and didn't make a fuss after looking around and not finding any mice).

  : Under the room there was a metal roof of some sort, it rained and the noise was unbearable at night from the drops falling to the roof

  : The location was good.
  : The bathroom does not have hot water, the exhaust fan works but spreads a foul smell, and whenever you switch it on, the sink is clogged. The bed was broken, someone tried entering my room at night and there was nobody at the reception for any help.

  : Our experience was very bad because it was a very noisy neighborhood. There is a supermarket in downstairs, at 5.30 they start to unload trucks to the market.and the reception wasnt there when we need. t took days to figure out how the shower works.
