  : Excellent location 30 minutes walk to either Vatican or colosseum. Central to walk to Piazza Navona, Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps etc. Breakfast was a coffee and croissant at a restaurant 5 minutes walk away. Close to taxi stand and grocery store.
  : Bed was not that comfortable and the traffic noise was really loud.

  : The blanket was full of white and yellow stains! We booked a double bed and we got a room different and smaller from the images with 2 single beds next to each other!! The manager was contacting constantly through WhatsApp with a different number and not on booking and was telling different things on whatsapp and different on booking chat! It was a rude and unprofessional person. On booking chat the owner told me not to pay the tourist tax because of the inconvenience and on whatsapp the manager was demanding it, maybe she wanted it for herself without informing the owner!

  : I had specifically asked for a twin room on the booking, but on arrival, the beds were made up as a double. This took quite a bit of explaining to the host via WhatsApp and wasn't resolved until the following day.In addition to this, the sink was leaking for the entire stay, and there was no reassurance of this being investigated. On the second day, we woke to no hot water, so we had to have cold showers. This was fixed the next day, but no apology was offeredThe room itself is within a shared entrance on the 5th floor and has a tiny corridor separating the other two rooms offered for booking. As a consequence, it's extremely noisy when other guests move around and come in the shared area. Also, the lift is tiny , we didn't bother using it, but you would struggle with large bags.Breakfast is provided, but frankly, I wouldn't bother as it consists of a cossaint & a coffee from a local cafe whose staff were not the most welcoming when they saw our tickets. We didn't bother going back for the rest of our stay.Finally communication via WhatsApp was very hit & miss . I was contacted before arrival on one number but two other numbers were given in the room. When I had difficulty locking the room door it took me 3 attempts to get a response from anyone.

  : The location was the best thing about the appartment. It was very central and for central Rome it was good value.The staff were also very helpful.
  : I thought it was going to be a hotel with a proper check in desk and more facilities. I think the advertising should be clearer to clarify this. There is also no left luggage facility- you have to pay extra for this and there is also quite a lot of liaison over the check in. The walls are also quite thin so you can hear other guests.
