  : The location is the best. Also the house has the right size for 3 people staying there. There's also a fan and an AC in the living room.Great for people who want to use the house only for taking a break and sleep and spend most of their time outside.
  : The bathroom is in the bedroom, it was better if it was located in one of the common rooms. The shower was not the best.

  : No matter how much the guests will be complaining and suggesting things to be improved nothing will be done because the house will be rented anyway - the location is simply too perfect. And thats about the only but the most important value of Santa Maria Apartment
  : Lets complain: -its a first floor so theres no sunlight inside, we had the lights switched on from the moment we got up.-the apartment looks like a storage room, too many unnecessary furnitures and objects that make this incredibly small space even smaller.-we were the group of four, its not for four people! there is one bedroom we knew that and the other couple took living room which is so small you have a problem with unfolding the couch let alone moving around (couch old and terribly uncomfortable making noises while moving during sleep)-clattered bathroom -that leaves the kitchen- its enough to make food but too small to seat at the table for four peopleIn my opinion when you rent an apartment you should get basic stuff like dish washing soap or garbage bags or enough toilet paper instead we had to buy all of those things by ourselves. So dear guests if you find those or oli or condiments its not thanks to the agency but the previous renters.

  : The location was unbeatable, the staff were attentive and accommodating, the apartment had everything we needed, crisp, clean sheets, brand new towels, fully equipped kitchen (without dishwasher) and even a washing-machine.
  : It is quite dark during the day, having windows only onto internal patios, but we were mostly out and about so it didnt bother us.

  : If you are looking for a luxury stay, this is not a place for you. If you are looking for genuine and authentic Rome experience, this apartment is perfect and very cosy. Very safe place. Lovely neighbourhood with amazing restaurants and bakeries in its immediate vicinity.
  : The flaws of the apartment seemed adequate to the price and were part of the genious loci. Note that bathroom is accessible through one of the rooms and lights and sockets behaved a little funky.

  : Super good location and surprisingly spacious apartment. Sofa bed was comfortable, much more so than normal ones. Hosts were friendly and apartment was cute.
  : It wasnt the fault of the hosts but the heating broke before we arrived at the apartment. The hosts left a space heater which helped a little but couldnt be left on over night, so the apartment was very cold. The air conditioning warmed up only one room. Also (unconnected to the heating) the electric shower did not work properly so we were unable to have warm showers the entire time we were there. As it was a weekend, we couldnt resolve the issues. The hosts offered a 30 Euro refund to apologise but, given how uncomfortably cold the bedroom was and how we didnt feel clean for most of the trip to Rome, the 30 Euro refund was definitely not worth it.
