  : The location was not correct as seen on the website. The room was not clean and the door to the hotel would not close. The location was also very difficult to find. We ended up having to get a different hotel.

  : Check in was confusing, overwhelming, scary, and unprofessional. Nothing was as described, it is not a B+B. We had to have an interview in a strangers apartment who we couldnt communicate with while a child screamed in the background. It was a random persons apartment and not even where we would be staying. I felt unsafe and cornered and would have ran had I not been with my boyfriend who is a big strong guy. There were zero instructions prior to our arrival. We joked it was like playing a video game where you have to solve riddles just to get to your goal. We had to go down the street to a second building that was under construction- the lobby was filled with scaffolding and plaster debris covered the floor. We eventually got to our room to meet a second person who we had communicated to through a landline at the first persons apartment. She showed us our room which was all fresh drywall (nicer than the first apartment but not finished). You get what you pay for I guess?If you speak english as your first language or if youre travelling alone PLEASE avoid. This experience put so much stress on our trip.

  : The location is perfect, super central and easily to walk anywhere. The room itself wasnt the cleanest and freshest but the staff was super helpful. They offered me to change rooms for more privacy etc.. in General the staff was amazing, always ready to answer my questions and reduce my concerns. I was very happy and grateful for the kindness of the two women!

  : Very bad attention from the owners, we arrived at the place where we were only looking for the key, the apartment is somewhere else. No hot water.
