  : We had a wonderful stay in Rome, the loft was so close to the Campo de Fiori and an excellent base for our travels throughout Rome. The loft itself was very comfortable, and had a lovely vibe throughout. The amenities in the kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed. The checkin communication was very easy with Cristiana. We really enjoyed our stay, thankyou so much!
  : You could hear a bit of noise outside, but it was fine with the windows closed and absolutely worth it to be that close to the square.

  : I had to call long distance when I arrived as there was no one on site to let us in.I was charged extra charges on top of what I was quoted.The amenities weren't all available.

  : Location was great. Approx 15-20 mins walk to most attractions. It's relatively clean and has all the basics.
  : This should be a 3-star property. I'm surprised it's marked as 4-star, I've stayed in better 3-star properties.Property:- No wifi. Zero. Look at the previous reviews and there's been multiple comments on this since Aug 2022. Our roaming data is limited and we ended up maxing up our allowance and had to rely on restaurant wifis to communicate.- The photos added to this listing are a mixture of two properties. We stayed at the one that didnt have photos of the bathroom and barely any natural light.- We didnt have issues with the space itself, but if you are slightly taller, wider, or less mobile than normal you might struggle. Little natural light inside. The upstairs area where the bedroom and bathroom are with low ceilings and bathroom is cramped.- You only get one toilet paper roll - we stayed for three nights. This isn't an issue normally, but with everything else, it just felt like lack of thought for a good experience.Host- Check in time is from 3 pm, we didn't receive a reply from the host until 8 pm and we've already arrived with zero details on how to get into the property. Looking at other reviews, this was also an issue before. The first reply we got is that they need to have our passport first before we get these details - we could've sent this ahead of time if we knew. Waiting after a long flight is not a good start.- The host wants to be paid different ways, part of it as cash and partly however you'd like. They insisted on meeting at 9-9:30 am on departure day to collect this. This is inconsiderate for guests who have specific travel arrangements.- We didn't have wifi, which the host is aware of. We couldn't wait for them to come around 9-9:30 just so we can make the payment - they already have our card details and we have a flight to catch.

  : The location is great and the room is simple but adequate.
  : Ceiling height is very low upstairs-need to duck if you are tall. The bathroom is very small and shower rose kept falling off. Contacts are a bit unprofessional-there is no information with gate/key code nos so be ready to write. Is pitch dark walking through entrance at night-was not told of any lighting until a neighbour showed to us on the last day. As washing machine was broken they offered to wash our clothes which was kind but a couple of new items came back colour stained. She did not apologise and denied responsibility. Told me to wash with bleach. There was nowhere to store our bags after checkout. Could be better with a bit more care of property, better communication and apology for my clothes and some euros to get the stain out wouldve been appreciated.

  : Location is excellent, easy access by walk to all famous sights in Rome, surrounded by plenty quality restaurants and bars. Check in and out was smooth. The apartment is in an authentic Italian buildings 1st floor (the steps might bother some people with mobility issues), its tidy and well equipped. Great overall experience in the middle of the busy downtown for a fair price!
