  : The room was big and very clean. The building is in a great place with a fabulous restaurant right downstairs. The area is rich in good restaurants and pretty walks. Walking distance of city center and vatican city, metro and bus.
  : The host did not respond when being called and there was never anyone from management at the desk. We left a message but no one came back to us even today. I do not think leaving your luggage there is a good idea even if they have cameras set on that particular desk. Checkin: To get to the apartment, the building door has no code so we needed someone to open it since we did not have the keys yet. Had to wait around for some neighbour to come out while the hotel was not answering the phone. The other 2 doors have codes though. Would not recommend if you have a very late or super early arrival. The wifi did not work for us, when we complained they said something to the effect of "it works for us, please do not clog the bathroom". So you might be luckier. The air conditioning did not work in the room, it was broken and they did not fix it in time, did not offer a different room, a discount or anything like that. Just shrugged and said sorry, no repair man could be found. We had to sleep for 3 nights in a hot room with mosquitos eating us alive. In the end we left and booked somewhere else. The matress is thin but i was told that the hardness of the bed is a question of taste when we complained so you might like it. The bathroom was pretty clean but a bit of mold could be seen in the shower, nothing to write home about though, The door to the bathroom did get stuck but management told us that it never happened to them so who knows. The rest was very clean and nice. We left with 2 nights to go on the booking on account of internet and mainly air conditioning, the management agreed to give us back the 2 nights but has not happened 7 days later. We had a chance to look at another room as they vacated and they had an ok stay so I guess if you are feeling lucky book it. The location is great. We stayed in room Valentina I believe. The room that was ok was the one next door and was called, Laura.

  : The neighborhood is terrific and the building is pretty. Instructions to get in were clear and accurate. Warm water in the shower and good pressure.

  : Its was nice location, easy to get to the center as well close to metro.
  : The bed was a bit too hard .Wish would be a bit softer.
