  : Great location near Spanish Steps with plenty of places to eat nearby. Up on the third floor so very quiet. There were shutters on the windows that make the room pretty dark. The beds were large and comfortable. Doors were opened by coded locks so no keys to worry about. Communication with the host was via WhatsApp. There was a kettle in the room for making your own hot drinks. There was air conditioning. Bins were emptied and beds were made during our stay, which we weren't necessarily expecting. I would absolutely stay here again.
  : The shower drained very slowly and this led to water on the floor. I did highlight this to the host when leaving so this will hopefully be fixed. One of the blinds was broken and could no longer be raised. The wardrobe locks had come off to it was very difficult to open. My child found pills and used earplugs under the bed from a previous occupant.

  : I agreed with hotel a month before that we leave our baggage around 10-11 am. When we arrived at place there was nobody. One hour nobody was answering the telephone number I was given as a contact and that is shown on booking.com web. I left the baggage at a cleaning lady, entering when sb else was leaving the building. After that when I almost missed my appointment because the chaos at the hotel I was called by many different people. A man who claimed to be the owner was very arrogant, said there was no reception at all at any time (no earlier info about that ). Communication was terrible and lack of rules. The only good thing about the place is location. I do not recommend it.
