  : Not clean, there are a hole in the middle of the room on the floor, covered by carpet. Can not use the tap, there is not water pressue.If you walk in the room, the furniture move.

  : The location is wonderful. Looking over Piazza Navona. You couldn’t ask for anything more very special . Heating of the apartment was good. Kitchen facilities good .
  : We had a shaky start a number of appliances didn’t work but rectified after 2 days. The internal steps are narrow so not for people with mobility issues or large suitcases. The facilities are due for an update- some are very tired. Despite this would stay again

  : The view- small balcony looking onto the Piazza was great- good kitchen facilities.Clean and modern with air con. Handy to a taxi stand at the top of the Piazza. Supermarket and laundry facilities 5 minutes away. Lots of restaurants close by.
  : Many stairs , very narrow steep ones into the actual apartment, small bathroom( I couldn"t really stand up properly in the shower, only suited for a bath really. Broken dishwasher, with no dish detergent to wash dishes by hand, and continually running toilet, that was supposed to be repaired while we were there but it wasn't.

  : Location was fantastic, Lift was a great help for my 83 year old father and air con worked well
  : Where do I begin! Place was not clean NO toilet roll. No comfortable furnishings to sit on. We had to ask for a change of towels after 4 days as we were there for 6 nights. A hole in the floor in the bed room was covered with a mat. Shower head tied up with string and shower head covered in lime scale so no water pressure come out. We unscrew the shower head and used it like a hose. The shower was filthy with build up in corners of soap scum. It had not been dusted for month's! Cleaning fee was extra! It was a joke. We could have cried but we just had to laugh it all off as Rip off!!We paid €55 for transfer from Airport through Luca. On return our driver charged us €65, saying that's what Luca told me to charge you that! Why he could not say. Luca meet us at the apartment checked us in. Left b4 we saw all the above!After requesting toilet rolls they were delivered by bike. Cutlery draw is a hidden secret draw!Pillows were a joke, I had to use a cushion wrapped in my towel.

  : The bathroom needs maintainance and was not clean with constant bad odour even after trying to clean it.The air condition was not good, didnt cool the air.No one cleans daily the appartment or changing the towels.

  : no wifi in main bedroom and bathroom. had to ask for sheets for the second bedroom and fresh towels all delivered on second day after asking. bad smell in the bathroom. toilet seat does not stay up.poor flooring in main bedroom. poor heating in main bedroom. bed is not comfortable in main bedroom.
