  : The location is reasonable but I don't recommend the accommodation. If they cost a little more, I strongly recommend finding another place.
  : Firstly, upon arriving at the place, we were approached by a somewhat suspicious lady and in addition we were forced to pay in cash, which was also very suspicious and this had not been mentioned before at any time. Furthermore, the place does not have breakfast as mentioned, they used COVID as an excuse, but besides it being a long time ago, the announcement did not remove this information. In the 5 days that my family and I stayed there, the bath towels were not touched once, even though it was said that they would be changed after 3 days, which I think is a lot. And on top of that the pillows were so thin that everyone in my family was in pain after waking up.

  : The bathrooms are good
  : They were TICKS in one of the beds, they bite two friends of the group! This was disgusting!Also once we arrived to Rome they wrote to us that they accept ONLY CASH, without saying nothing before, they waited for us to arrive to say that if we dont pay in cash we were not able to get in, we were foreigners and ATM exchange is huge for us.

  : We should had a breakfast, but we didnt get any. We had no idea we will share apartment with another 12 foreign people in next 3 or 4 rooms.The person who gave us key from apartment was very rude and didnt speak english, even basic english, absolutely not interested to help us with anything. We would expect some information in apartment about wifi, breakfast and other convenient information, but nothing was there. I was asking in advance about parking on the street the owner told me it possible on the street for free, but there are blue lines everywhere for extra fees. So he lied to me

  : Nothing , this is one of the bad experience with family. Im not recommend anyone . Mostly toilet is very dirty and old . One small room not suitable for five people at all. The A/C not working in properly I was requested fan they didnt reply at all . once you open your door, its a very bad smell. Also no kitchen , I wish I can get my money back .this property shouldnt on least .

  : We did not like anything!! We dislike the whole place and experience and communication with host.
  : The host mentioned the same check-in day (even after check-in hour) that payment must only be in cash, no credit card nor thru app. But the announcement from this place actually says (or said) that any form of payment was possible - even credit card or thru Booking.com app. The room was extremely small for 5 people. The kitchen and living room was actually a shared space, not part of the private room, therefore no privacy. Also, we experienced bad communication from host, we even got to think at some point that they had scamed us, as the host took long time to respond even while we had already arrived there and nobody opened us the door. The mediator who gave us the keys was 0% flexible to accept credit card payment or payment thru Booking.com app even when this was stated as a possibility at the place description. Also, there were bed-bugs in the room and bit us during the night, probably came from the old curtains - the place was so small for 5 that we could barely sleep that night worried about bed-bugs bites.
