  : Comfortable bed, clean. Good location adjacent to the trendy Monti neighbourhood. Room size was good. Staff were attentive and helpful.
  : Breakfast was not too impressive - repetitive. Pastries were not high quality for us.The shower was missing a trey for the soap/shampoo and was a little narrow.

  : Palm suites has a good central location. Though check in after 4 30pm is at a sister property which is almost about 400 meters away. We didn’t know that till an hour before the flight. With 2 kids we had to walk it in the cold after checking in at the sister property past the colosseum and up the hill. That was not the start we were hoping for. But once we got into the room it was warm and really nice. We had a suite with a view on the 1st floor. Breakfast was very nice multiple cheese, breads, fruit platter, pastries, coffee and juices, cereals and yoghurt selection . No eggs but served at the time of your choosing like clock work every morning. Rooms were super clean and they made rooms every day with great attention to detail. The property has a steel gate and you use pin code to get access inside. It is located next to a government security building and they have 2 security gun men at the front 24 hours around the clock. You are walking distance from a lot of fine restaurants and you can use Delivero app to get food delivered. The only thing was the occasional loud drunk people walking in the street and talking loud you can hear them loud inside the room despite having windows closed. Other then that We found the property to be very nice and the staff was wonderful. If you are going to Rome and want to stay close to the ruins this is the place you want to stay in. Heating was perfect, hot water, modern bathroom. It was like living in a luxury apartment. Private and quiet.

  : The location is great.. the room was spacious and nicely furnished.. there was a small kitchenette which was really convenient.. they served breakfast in the room and it was delicious.. the staff were friendly and helpful There is an outdoor terrace at the entrance nice when waiting for the rest of my party to gather .. overall would totally recommend espies for families and groups
  : The shower box was tight with little room to moveThe cleaning could be better, The sink is slow at draining water and soap residue stays on the surface .. also there was dirt on top of the water faucet since our arrival and was never cleaned !
